Hi! My name is Megan.
I’m here for connection, breathing & movement.
I feel all of that can be accomplished through the heart.
I come to the yoga mat for many reasons personally. When I am teaching I am there for one reason:
to hold space for the people I am sharing community with.
I believe that yoga practice ought to be accessible for everyone—regardless of skill level, how many times a person has come to the mat—be it the first or millionth. Regardless of income level, age, sex, race, religion, or physical flexibility, Megan believes yoga is for EVERY-BODY.
I have witnessed, and been a part of the benefits yoga can bring to community— local and global.
I have had the honor to teach for the better part of a decade and in that time I have been honored and humbled to learn from a powerfully unique group of teachers. Their lessons are not the kind that need notes, but the kind that are imprinted into one’s being— they are deep, meaningful and accessible.
To me, yoga is interactive; in spirit, in body, in mind.
